WHY THIS WATCH

Gucci managed to design a watch that doesn't scream "Designer Watch". Beautiful Gucci motifs on the strap. Box is a nice touch as well. Valjoux 7750 under the hood. A very clean and beautiful watch from The House of Gucci.

THE LITTLE DETAILS

In excellent condition, case is 85-90% with some minor wear throughout. Automatic chronograph movement running strong. Comes with Gucci box and instruction manual.

WHY THIS WATCH

Heuer made some pretty stunning chronographs for A&F form the 1950's to the 1970's. This is an early example with an all original dial. The patina on this dial is pretty much as good as it gets. Stunning Valjoux 71 movement fills the entire case. 37.5mm diameter is huge for the time, but perfect for today. This is the one of the most beautiful vintage watches we have laid eyes on. There's not that many out there left in this condition.

Dial is all original, not refinished. Valjoux 71 movement is in vintage condition. Central seconds hand for the chronograph does not reset to zero. Everything else functions as it should. No band just the watch head. Case is original, in Vintage Condition. Serial # on side of case matches serial # on the inside of the case-back.

WHY THIS WATCH

The first IWC Pilots Chronograph was the Ref 3740 which was a quartz operated watch. Next came the 3706, which was a full automatic based on the Valjoux movement. At 39mm its perfect for those of us with smaller wrists. I had the pleasure of inspecting the Valjoux movement on this watch first-hand and i'll tell you, there's been significant changes made in terms of polish and decoration. The movement in this particular watch is copper-plated, the screws are blued and there's perilage and other beautiful finishes throughout. The feel from the chrono pushers is a true delight, it takes a little less effort to active the pushers then it does on the later versions of the pilot chronograph.

Now more about the condition… This watch is from the mid-nineties.The case is in fantastic condition. There’s no life-ending gashes or scratches on the front and sides of the case, just some minor scratches from normal use. The crystal is free from scratches. Valjoux movement is running strong and keeping good time. All the functions, including chronograph and day-date are working as they should. The original strap is included in this watch, along with an aftermarket strap from Worn&Wound. The IWC strap is well worn. The aftermarket strap has only been worn a few times. IWC OEM tang buckle included. No box or papers with this one.

WHY THIS WATCH

This watch is a throwback to the original Panerai Radiomir. Many of the characteristics of the watch are directly descended from the prototype created by Panerai in 1936 to equip the commandos of the Royal Italian Navy. 47mm all polished steel case houses an in-house Panerai P.3000 manual winding movement. Though this watch is 47mm, the wire lugs make the watch very wearable, even on smaller wrists. Dial features the famous SLC “Siluro Lenta Corsa” which is the he slow-speed torpedo on which the commandos of the Royal Italian Navy rode during their heroic underwater missions.

Watch is an “O” series from 2012. Watch was worn sparingly. Case has a few light scratches, no deep scratches, dents or gashes, around 90%. Strap is in great condition, around 80-85%, still has plenty of life. Manual winding movement is running strong with no issues. No box or papers. Guaranteed Genuine Panerai.

WHY THIS WATCH

Despite it's 44mm case this watch actually wears very well due to its 11mm thin profile. The dial is my favorite aspect of this watch; Those in-laid gold numerals look very elegant. It's also worth mentioning that the legibility on this watch is fantastic. If you're like me and like to read your time at a glance, this is your watch as it's all dial and very easy to read. Manual winding FA Jones movement is very reliable and looks superb from the sapphire case back. This watch was released only for one year and was replaced the next year with an identical design except without the grey subdial.

WHY THIS WATCH

Chunky and statement-making, this is a serious next level Cartier. With small touches throughout the watch there is a ton here to soak in and enjoy on a daily basis. Black is in, but rubber coating is especially luxurious and uncommon on watches. ABOUT THIS WATCH

This 42mm Panerai is the perfect size for those looking for that signature Panerai presence without the wrist soreness. This watch is basically identical to the PAM 312, but is 42mm instead of 44mm. You won't have to worry about getting a new strap as the black OEM Panerai strap in this one is almost new. You also get a custom made strap from Ken Heritage that looks amazing! Its retro look, inspired by the famous Big Pilot’s Watch 52 T.S.C., gives this navigation watch a particularly striking appearance. With its contrasting dial and displays, it closely reflects the ideal established by classic pilot’s watches. The displays are round, large and clearly arranged. This later developed into the cockpit design: not even a single line is unnecessary – everything is designed to be clear and legible. WHY THIS WATCH

IWC has a long history of making fantastic Pilot's watches, and it's probably what they are best known for. The 3706 was introduced in 1994 and ran through 2005. My favorite thing about this watch is hands down the bracelet. This watch IS the bracelet. The rice beads of stainless steel make the watch wear very ergonomically despite it's 14.6mm thickness. This particular version has the German-Day wheel.
