Our Return Policy
At WearingTime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. We offer a 2-Day, No-Questions-Asked Return Policy so you can buy with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within two days of delivery — no explanation or reason required.
Please Note: This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through WearingTime and does not apply to watches purchased via other platforms.
Final sale: Special Orders, watches sold as Brand New, and all trade-in and "pay over time" transactions are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2-Day, No-Questions-Asked Returns
You have a 2-calendar-day inspection period to request a return or refund. This period begins at the time recorded by the carrier upon delivery. No explanation or reason is required.
Returning your watch is easy. Contact us within the 2-day window and we'll provide you with a prepaid, insured return shipping label.
Returned watches must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all accessories, packaging, boxes, papers, and tags (if applicable).
The watch should not show any signs of wear or alteration. Any changes — including adding or removing links, strap changes, scratches, or dings to the band or case — may result in a refused return or a partial refund.
Return Fees
A return fee applies to cover the costs associated with the original transaction and insured shipping:
Credit card purchases: a 5% return fee applies. When a credit card transaction is refunded, the processing fees originally charged to us by the credit card company are not returned to WearingTime. This fee also helps cover insured shipping costs.
Wire transfer purchases: a 2% return fee applies to help cover insured shipping costs.
Once Received
Once your returned watch arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method, less the applicable return fee.
