Our Return Policy

At WearingTime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the option to exchange it for another item or return it for a refund.

Please Note: Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly through Wearing Time and does not apply to watches purchased via other platforms.

This return policy does not apply to items labeled as Special Order. Additionally, all transactions involving trade-ins and "pay over time" purchases are final and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

2-Day No Questions Asked Returns

We offer a 2-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy on all eligible watches.

  • Customers have a 2-calendar-day inspection period to qualify for a return or refund. This period begins at the time recorded by the carrier upon package delivery.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 calendar days from the day the watch was received. Once initiated, you have 2 calendar days to ship the watch back.
  • We recommend sending your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Ensure you have insured the items against loss or damage for full replacement value before sending them.
  • Retain your tracking number and email it to WearingTime@gmail.com so we can monitor the progress of your return. If the tracking number is not traceable on the shipping company's website within 2 days of receiving the item, it will be considered "not a valid return," and the returned merchandise will be refused.
  • All items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold, including all original packaging, documents, and accessories. The watch should not show any signs of wear, such as scratches, dings, or modifications. Once a watch has been worn or altered, it cannot be returned. If there is any evidence of use or changes, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund. Any alterations, including removing or adding links, strap changes, scratches, or wear on the band or case, will prevent us from accepting the return.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Restocking fees may apply up to 10%.
  • The restocking fee covers non-recoverable business costs associated with the return.
  • Non-refundable payment processing and merchant costs (including credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Affirm, and other financing providers) will be deducted in full.
  • Labor required for inspection, authentication, verification, and handling.
  • Administrative, compliance, fraud prevention, and quality control procedures.
  • Repackaging, photography updates, and relisting expenses.
  • Loss of market value during the return period or potential loss of sale opportunity.
  • All returns are less shipping costs ($100.00 for domestic shipping) and applicable international shipping charges.
  • Items purchased using cash or bank wire/transfer may have reduced restocking fees at management discretion.
  • All purchases processed as charges and verified are not eligible to be voided or canceled and will be treated as a refund only.
  • Restocking fees may be waived for approved store exchanges at management discretion.
  • Not eligible for refund:
    • Items not in original condition.
    • Any watch not accompanied with original watch material sold with (boxes, papers, warranty, appraisal).
    • Shipping charges.
    • Special Orders.
    • Trade-in and Pay Over Time Transactions: All transactions involving trade-ins and "pay over time" purchases are final and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Additional Information

  • If you return an item that was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping in case of a return.

Once Received: We will inspect the watch and issue a refund minus applicable restocking fees (up to 10%), non-refundable merchant processing costs, and shipping charges using the original payment method.
