We are dedicated to expediting shipping and strive to dispatch orders on the same day whenever possible. If immediate dispatch is not feasible, your order will be promptly processed and shipped on the following business day.

We primarily use FedEx for our shipping needs, ensuring comprehensive insurance coverage for the safe transit of all your purchases. Watches priced under $10,000 ship via FedEx 2Day, and watches priced at $10,000 or above ship via FedEx Priority Overnight.

Unlike most online watch retailers, all the watches listed on our website are available at our office in Vienna, VA, and are ready for same-day shipping. You can call, chat, or email us, and our sales expert will personally handle your selected timepiece. Few online retailers can offer this level of service.

We are pleased to offer fully insured second-day air shipping free of charge on all domestic orders, as well as economical international shipping around the world.

All watches labeled as Special Order will be shipped within 2–5 business days from the order date. These items are specially ordered from our supplier to fulfill your order, causing a slight delay compared to our regular, in-stock inventory.

All watches listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received before 4 pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Owning all of our inventory at our office in Vienna, VA, allows us to offer this premium service to our customers.

Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by FedEx. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.

All shipments are fully insured and securely packed. An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery or pick-up — FedEx will not release the package without a signature, so please make sure someone is available to receive it.

We are proud to offer shipping to over 60 countries worldwide. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials.

We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to certain state addresses in accordance with local laws.

Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and do not go to us. In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny the delivery of your package. While we have no control over this, we mitigate the risk by shipping with reliable international carriers like FedEx.
