Wearing Time's One-Year Service Warranty

At Wearing Time, we offer a one-year service warranty on all watches from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise in the listing or invoice.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty excludes coverage for pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry, and accessories. It does not cover watches that do not keep perfect time, whether running slow or fast, nor does it cover damage from misuse or abuse, such as knocks, dents, crushing, or scratching. Cracked, scratched, or broken crystals and water damage are also not covered. Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications will void the warranty. Any repairs or modifications attempted by unauthorized technicians will render the warranty void. This warranty does not apply to wholesale or dealer orders.

The one-year service warranty is available only to U.S.-based customers and is non-transferable, valid only for the original buyer. It does not cover international transactions, and all international sales are final.

Please note that we are not responsible for watches sent without prior authorization or watches lost in transit. Wearing Time is an independent watch dealer and not an authorized retailer for any brands we carry, including Rolex. We sell pre-owned watches and provide our own warranties. Rolex or any of its subsidiaries are under no obligation to service watches sold by Wearing Time.
